The 23-year-old singer Adele, who took home six Awards at the Grammy last weekend, took home, Best Female Solo Artist and MasterCard British Album of the Year for 21 at The Brit Awards 2012.

Just as Adele was proclaiming her British pride while accepting her award for Best Album, host James Corden interrupted the singer in order to introduce the next performers, Blur.

James Corden:
"I'm so sorry and I can't believe I'm about to cut, I'm so sorry,"

Adele:
"You're gonna cut me off? Can I just say then, Goodbye and I'll see you next time 'round"

Adele was not pleased, and held up the middle finger in reaction.

After the show Adele offered her apologies.

'I was about to thank the British public for their support. They cut me off, sorry if I offended anyone but the suits offended me.'

'I got cut off during my speech and flung the middle finger. But that finger was to the suits at the Brit Awards, not to my fans.'

Fans took to Twitter to support Adele, including several celebrities.

TV chef Jamie Oliver wrote: 'ITV Brits executive producer why did you cut off Adele! bloody rude ! shame anyway respect Adele well deserved jox.'


P.s i will still be a big fan of Adelle even if she shows her middle toe. :P
