Staff KFC tumbuk pelanggan memang Salah tetapi

Staff KFC yang menggunakan kekerasan tanpa prejudis adalah 100% SALAH! dan patut diambil tindakan, tetapi si Pengadu juga bukannya 100% BETUL sebab tidak ada sebab mengapa anda perlu menjerit dan marah pada sesiapa hanya kerana anda tidak mendapat apa yang anda mahu. Hanya kerana anda menunggu dan beratur sehingga hampir sejam, janganlah sampai nak nak memarahi staff dengan nada kasar dan menjerit, di dalam apa juga bisnes yang menjual makanan sudah pastinya mereka tidak boleh meneka apa yang diinginkan oleh pelanggan yang sedang beratur, mereka mungkin inginkan air, french fries..etc.. jadi kalau mereka mengatakan kepada pelanggan yang sedang beratur ,


"minta maaf ayam sudah habis sila balik terima kasih" rasanya semua perniagaan kecil atau besar yang menjual makanan (bukan KFC saja) tidak menggalakkan tindakan begini, tetapi bagi saya memandangkan syarikat KFC syarikat korporat yang besar rasanya management sudah pasti tahu stok ayam semakin habis dan mereka telah meminta pertolongan outlet lain untuk menghantar stok yang diperlukan. kalau wujud mesin "teleportation" :P atau
mesin yang boleh menghantar apa saja dalam sekelip mata mungkin masalah kehabisan ayam ini takkan berlaku :P. Agak menyakitkan hati jugak apabila banyak yang selalu menggunakan istilah "Customer Always Right" tetapi kadang-kadang ada limit jugak untuk menggunakan istilah ini fikirkanlah..

Gambar ini bukannya semasa kejadian berlaku tapi sudah pasti anda tahu betapa penatnya melayan pelanggan yang sentiasa ramai di restoran ini.

Perlu ingat Orang-orang yang bekerja di KFC juga manusia. Mereka dibayar untuk melakukan tugas mereka, bukannya menjadi hamba dan patut didera secara lisan.
Ya, anda mempunyai satu jam untuk makan tengah hari, tetapi ia adalah tanggungjawab anda untuk menggunakan pertimbangan dan pemikiran, di mana anda mahu untuk makan tengahari anda dalam masa satu jam itu.
Janganlah nak menyalahkan staff restoran kerana keputusan anda sendiri untuk beratur dan menunggu hampir sejam untuk makan di restoran ini.

versi awal sedikit kejadian pekerja tumbuk pelanggan di kfc I-City kita dapat dengar pelanggan sungguh biadab memarahi staff di restoran ini dengan kasar dan yang peliknya pelanggan lain seperti menggelakkan tindakan pelanggan biadab ini. dan kedengaran juga ada pelanggan berbangsa cina bercakap seolah-olah tidak mengendahkan atau mentertawakan kejadian ini, jadi pendekkan cerita jangan jadikan kejadian ini satu isu perkauman.

so after waiting for hours this gives you the right to belittle and humiliate the staff? if the customer (or anyone for that matter) are truly well educated and not an idiot, you can actually talked to the manager (or vent your anger at him) without raising your voice...

kfc is fast food restaurant.. if waited for 1 hour that means they failed!!!some more they can't talked properly to their customer, failed again!! to work in F&B u should know this will happen..if the person can't tolerate he better choose a job that he don't need to talk to anyone.

semasa mengadu denga DAP lain pulak cerita Ng Chee Fei seolah pekerja restoran ni yang kurang ajar dengan dia tapi pelanggan lain okay jer masih lagi boleh berborak gurau termasuk amoi cina walaupun beratur lama tak ada masalah pulak dengan pekerja di restoran ini jadi masalahnya apsal si Ng Chee Fei seorang saja yang kurang ajar???

semua pekerja ni dah kembali bekerja seperti biasa walaupun telah dicaci teruk kemudian Ng nampaknya masuk balik untuk mencaci mereka jadi memang dah tahap boiling point penderaan secara mental dan emosi saya cadangkan kepada pekerja ini lebih baik saman saja pelanggan kurang ajar ni atas sebab "Penderaan Emosi dan Mental" kalau menyumpah seranah orang dibenarkan hanya kerana pekerjaannya bermakna ianya adalah satu DISKRIMINASI.

benda ni semua takakn terjadi kalau pelanggan tau menghormati hak setiap individu..guna perkataan yang menyentuh sensitiviti orang lain boleh menyebabkan berlakunya rasa tidak puas hati pada orang yang di hina..kerana pulut santan binasa..kerana mulut badan binasa..
kenapa nak guna lawyer..nak buat sidang akhbar semua..nilai diri sendiri dulu sebelum menuding jari pada orang lain.
memang pelanggan bayar untuk perkhidmatan yang diberi tapi jangan sampai sampai kurang ajar pula..pekerja pun manusia biasa ada hati & perasaan..renung-renungkan

So this is the message you want to send to your kids? That it is always ok to whack a person as long as the person has been rude to you in the first place and that it is acceptable to use your fist if a person has insulted you verbally?

The NG has paid for KFC in advance fyi. I don't think anyone who has paid for something would accept the fact that you might not be able to get your goods delivered. For example, you purchased a laptop online and it's okay with you that you don't get your laptop after waiting for a long period because you would just shop at another site instead, ignoring the amount that you have paid? You have got to be kidding me.

He demanded for an apology and threatened to complain the branch but no one seems to give a damn. I wonder who is the branch manager. First, he/she failed for not being able to manage the chicken supply in accordance with the customer flow. Then, he/she failed to comfort an upset, hungry customer before he had to raise his voice to get some attention after being given the cold shoulder by the staff. Next, he/she failed to take the responsibility of dealing with a pissed off customer, leaving his staff to take the complaints. Futhermore, he/she failed to comfort his staff knowing that he is about to do irrational thing when he/she was carrying the steel bar. Lastly, he/she allowed a scene to happen in his branch, resulting in the KFC image being tarnished. Ooops. Maybe the manager should be replaced.

Well... NO! It's definitely not right to raise your voice at someone simply because you are dissatisfied and NO! It's not right to settle things with violence either! What if you kill someone accidentally when you push him to the table or what not? You wouldn't want to spend the rest of your life regretting over a silly mistake.
In conclusion, both parties have yet to develop strong EQ lol. Kinda understandable that the staff behaved that way since he seems to be rather junior to me. Maybe the adult should be more mature in handling his temper despite the saying of "a hungry man is an angry man" lol.

_ you are the one who chose to wait, yes it is a F & B restaurant, but hello? you are in ICT- expect to be entertain/serve in what 10/15 mnt * U gotta be kidding me! purchasing coupons in advance doesn't grant you 1st class service bro and you dont hv the right to scold or curse people ada faham?*makan pakai coupon lagi mau bising,KFC manyak lagi tempat boleh pegi, sapa suruh redeem last minit. Let him learn his lesson so next time he wont curse ppl * if only he learn. And yes,u lied to the press!!

@yayali i dont think anybody in their right mind ("No matter what race/religion/pangkat you are") would want to teach their kids to "whack" <- kinda harsh dont you think?) or hit anybody when their being treated rudely, but as i said before I agree that the KFC Staff IS WRONG! and he should be responsible and taken action for what he has done, im not speaking on behalf of the people that you think are supporting the "whack" <- (your word) people who are rude to you but this kind of behaviour would happened to anybody when people keep pushing you to their limits no matter what profession you are Even people whos in higher position, well educated, work in air condition office..etc could SNAP Anytime! if their being verbally abuse so peoples (no matter what race)whos been in that situation before could relate to how the worker who hit Ng, felt and did what he did and yes i admit i do feel sorry for the Kfc worker but im not supporting what he did nor do i want to teach my nieces or nephews to do the same. And i agree most of what Just2cent "kalau menyumpah seranah orang dibenarkan hanya kerana pekerjaannya bermakna ianya adalah satu DISKRIMINASI."

obviously the counters are limited and the customers are flooding the particular branch (no idea,never been there but i believe most KFCs penuh almost all of the time).
furthermore,they dont "promise" to serve u in less than 15 minutes like some other restos did.
common sense is crucial before posting stuff like "they failed because fast food le,mesti fast fast."
:D

KFC have really BAD BAD management..

Never train their staff ..

You never know when they will take out the pan of HOT oil to attack the "CHICKEN customers" next..

The icity KFC looks like its run by gangster..

No professionalism at all..

They have the NO HAPPY GET LOST DON'T COMPLAIN attitude..

They should have change the BRANCH name to "KARATE FAN CLUB""

It such funny things happened. Because of the KFC everyone wanna fight each others. For those who never working in RETAIL field, better don't complains too much. Because you never know how tired they are. Only those who were there know what exactly happened during that time. Don't simply blamed the kitchen's guy and Better investigate what was happened before the incident.

for me in this case, both of them were wrong. They had their own mistakes. everyone wanted to defence theirself by pointing the other sides was evil and they are in the good sides.

Q: What the KFC did wrong?
A: 1. Did not prepare enough stock of KFC although the closing time is suppose 11am
2. Manager did not check the stock and inform customers immediately at the first sign of not enough stock (causing Ng who has paid and being hungry, waiting for 1 hour for nothing)
3. Manager did not try to calm the customer
4. Manager cannot control the staff
5. The staff start calling name and being racist against customer
6. The staff run out to hit the customer who were angry due to KFC failed to do (1) and (2)
7. The staff doesn't show sign of regret after being summoned to police station

orang melayu ni baik sebenarnya, kalau kaum lain tak kacau, selagi tu mereka sabar, bagi mereka sabar itu separuh dari iman, tapi bagi bangsa lain, sikit2 nak marah, awat tak boleh cakap baik2 ka,
kalau Ng tu orang besar tak bermaksud dia boleh hina pekerja bawahan, mereka pun manusia jugak, kalau x boleh tunggu balik saja la, ada lagi banyak kfc lain....so stupid customer, x bertimbang rasa langsung
